Individual Therapy

Where else do you get one-on-one time from an objective person who isn’t trying to meddle in your life or tell you what you should do? In sessions, you get to have a safe no-judgement zone to talk about what’s going on.

What will you do in individual therapy? Pretty much whatever you need. We can do strengths based talk therapy where we process your life (past, present, or future); we can use expressive arts where you create art to um express yourself (hence the name); we can use EMDR where you heal trauma that is still affecting you now.

If you have had bad things happen to you in your life, there’s therapy for trauma. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or anger difficulties, there’s therapy for unbalanced mood. If you’re wanting to reduce perfectionism, practice healthier habits, and improve your confidence, there’s therapy for personal growth. If you have had bad relationship after bad relationship, there’s therapy for relationship abuse.

No matter what we do in the therapy session, know that you don’t have to carry the weight of your stress and struggles alone anymore.
